Indian culture is fast disappearing, if the double murder is a pointer to this. Murder of someone we love is something very gruesome. Imagine a situation where father kills his only daughter( I still have my doubts in the police theory). The story told by the police is extraordinary. The whole plot is westernised. If this has happened in reality, we are certainly losing our indianness at a rapid pace. Either I am still living in a fantasyland or things have changed at a very rapid pace. Intrestingly, all the news channels were so busy flashing the breaking news about the arrest of Dr. Talwar that I had to skip the channels in a hurry whenever my daughters were around. Fortunately they never asked me about the case .....Phew...Bacch gaya.

And the murder of a creative director by an actress was even more heinous. To hack somebody into 300 pieces, needs a lot of cruelness. The image of Indian women is changing. Ab sirf aanchal mein doodh nahi...khoon ke dhabbe bhi hai or aankho mein pani hi nahi nafrat bhi hai. Some things have really changed in my India....I wonder whether we are movinng up or going down....may be moving ahead financially and going down sentimentally.
